Job Description
We are now looking for a proactive, cooperative and self motivated office executive in Dhaka who can also virtually coordinate our following activities and support our mission on a day-to-day basis,
– Digital Communication & Coordination
– Website & Social media management
– Project and Administrative Coordination
– Content creation & Reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Communication & Coordination
	•	Manage shared email inboxes and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
	•	Draft, format, and distribute newsletters, announcements, and updates
	•	Maintain regular communication with project coordinators, working groups, and focus teams
	•	Organize and facilitate virtual meetings, training sessions, and events through designated online platforms
- Website & Social Media Management
	•	Update and maintain website content on WordPress or Google Sites
	•	Publish posts and manage engagement across social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
	•	Support online community growth and follow up with new member registrations
- Project & Administrative Support
	•	Maintain well-structured Google Drive folders, project documentation, and reports
	•	Provide logistical and administrative support for scheduled activities, including monthly meetings and webinars
	•	Track project tasks, volunteer assignments, and completion status to ensure timely delivery of activities
	•	Assist in preparing project-related documentation, meeting materials, and internal communications
- Content creation & Reporting
	•	Prepare concise summary reports and meeting minutes
	•	Draft and edit communication materials, including social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns
	•	Contribute to the creation of digital and written content to support project visibility and engagement
Skill & Experience
	•	Bachelor’s degree (or current university student) in any discipline — preference for Information Technology, or Business Administration.
	•	Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla
	•	Proven experience in organizing and managing virtual events (essential)
	•	Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) , Microsoft office, Canva and familiarity with Zoom and social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
	•	Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
	•	Demonstrated ability to coordinate with virtual and multicultural teams is an advantage
