To enroll in courses on our platform, simply Sign Up for your Candidate account. If you opted for Sign Up for free then upon signing up, the forever free subscription plan “Connectiya Basic” will be automatically activated, which comes with 4 unlocked courses. From the dashboard menu, select “Unlocked Courses”, choose the course you want to start, and then click “Enroll”. To unlock more courses, you will need to upgrade to the “Connectiya Pro” plan.
There are no prerequisites for taking courses on our platform. However, to unlock additional courses, candidates need to subscribe to the “Connectiya Pro” plan.
Currently, only online accessibility is available for course materials.
Yes, upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a certification. Additionally, a verified badge associated with that course will be unlocked and added to your profile, to showcase your achievement.
Currently, we do not have a mobile app available for learning on the go. However, you can access our platform through your mobile device’s web browser for convenient learning.
Employers
To post job vacancies on our platform, simply Sign Up or Login to your Employer account. From your dashboard menu, navigate to the section labeled “Job Postings” or “Post a Job”.
Currently, we only accept internship and graduate-level job listings on our platform. However, Voluntary opportunities can also be posted.
No, there is no fee for posting job openings on our platform. However there may be fees associated with relevant Value Added Services.
Our platform ensures the quality of job applicants through several methods. Firstly, applicants are equipped with internship and graduate-level job-ready soft skills earned from our e-learning program. Secondly, we employ a skill-based candidate shortlisting mechanism that assists recruiters in finding the most skilled individuals from a large pool of applicants. This mechanism matches the skills of applicants with the requirements of the job opening.
Yes, employers can customize the job application process to suit their company’s needs. However, for internship and graduate-level jobs, employers are required to select required skills from a specific set of options provided on our platform.
